Recently, Mr. Liu Yongyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hope Group and Chairman of Continental Hope Group, and Mr. Liu Yongxing, Chairman of Hope Group and Chairman of East Hope Group, were invited to visit UESTC. The visit was warmly received by President Hu Jun, who accompanied them to visit the campus and the university history museum, and the two sides had an in-depth discussion and exchange of views on future cooperation. As a famous alumnus of UESTC, Chairman Liu Yongyan had a lot of feelings about the development and changes of his alma mater. Accompanied by President Hu Jun, President Liu Yongyan, Chairman Liu Yonghang and their delegation first visited various parts of the campus and were impressed by the modern progress of the campus environment and educational facilities. After visiting the campus, the group went to the University History Museum. The Museum displays the glorious history and important achievements of the university since its foundation. Through viewing the precious historical photos, objects and documents, Chairman Liu Yongyan and Chairman Liu Yongxing revisited their memories of their university days and further understood the development of their alma mater in various periods. The two alumni appreciated that their alma mater always upholds the original intention of education and actively promotes innovation and development, and spoke highly of the rapid development of the university in recent years.

In the subsequent symposium, the two sides carried out in-depth exchanges on various fields such as university-enterprise collaboration, scientific and technological innovation and talent cultivation. Chairman Liu Yongyan said that Continental Hope Group, as a comprehensive enterprise group, is always committed to promoting scientific and technological progress and industrial innovation. In this visit to the alma mater, he hoped to further strengthen the cooperation with the university, especially in the field of scientific and technological innovation and applied research, and inject new impetus for the development of the enterprise with the talent advantage and scientific research strength of the university.
