Stepping into the High-Voltage Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop of Hope Slanvert, a modern industrial scene comes into view. Inside the spacious, bright workshop, assembly workers collaborate precisely with automated equipment. Yellow AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) intelligent handling carts shuttle along preset tracks, automatically delivering components and power units to designated workstations. The entire workshop presents a bustling scene of high efficiency and orderliness.

"Since 2023, the company has successively invested over 10 million CNY in the automation upgrading of production lines," introduced Tang Dan, the workshop director. "The high-voltage production workshop has newly added three platform assembly lines and two roller assembly lines, and is equipped with information management dashboards, Andon systems, and digital platforms to realize intelligent production. Compared with before, each production line can roll out 10-20 high-voltage inverters daily, with overall production capacity increasing by over three times."

As global demand for industrial automation products surges, Hope Slanvert has seen an explosive growth in foreign trade orders, which are now scheduled through September. "We are engaging with more OEM partners to ensure on-time delivery of overseas orders," Tang Dan stated. The company plans to further expand its industrial automation product line to enable this intelligent production line to unlock greater production capacity.

Focus on Localization Replacement with "Strong Confidence"

As one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in inverter technology research, Hope Slanvert has been deeply rooted in the field of variable frequency drive control since 1995. At that time, domestic inverters mainly relied on imports. Focusing on pain points such as insufficient precision in frequency conversion control, the company's founder led the team to invest a lot of time and energy in innovation of ecological and environmental protection applications, independently developed a series of products such as low-voltage vector control inverters and high-voltage inverters, breaking foreign monopoly, and realizing the localization replacement of inverters.

In the company's workshop production orders, the Hope2000 series - all-round high-voltage inverters- took two years to develop, accounting for a significant share. Due to their smaller space occupation, stronger function integration, and higher operation stability, the products attracted market attention as soon as they rolled off the production line. Having joined the company in 2014, technical engineer Liu Wenlong has witnessed the iteration of Hope Slanvert's high-voltage products. "Compared with the previous generation of products, the Hope2000 series has reduced its volume by 34% and increased its power density by 51%."

Today, Hope Slanvert's products cover the full range of high, medium, and low voltage variable frequency speed control systems, ranking among the top in the industry in market share in many segmented fields. More notably, it has partnered with national scientific research institutions to provide stable power support for significant scientific research projects such as China's deep-sea exploration and polar scientific expeditions.

From the launch of its first low-voltage inverter in 1998 to today's product matrix covering all industrial scenarios, Hope Slanvert has always adhered to the synchronous development of innovation and product upgrading. Even in the current fierce competitive environment, it still holds a firm position in the industry. Behind this lies the confidence supported by the company's years of R&D experience and technical accumulation.
