Vice President of Continental Hope Group Cheng Yifeng Led a Delegation to Visit Zhong Jingyuan, Secretary of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee

Two festivals coincide, bringing double joys! Ahead of the holidays, Cheng Yifeng, Vice President of Continental Hope Group (CHG), led a delegation to visit Zhong Jingyuan, Secretary of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee of Chengdu, and held in-depth discussions and exchanges on deepening cooperation between enterprises and the local government.

Other Shuangliu District leaders present at the discussion included: Hu Jinsong, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone; Su Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of the Economic Development Zone; Chen Tinggang, Director of the General Office of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee; Yuan Ju, Director of the Shuangliu District Enterprise Comprehensive Service Center; Cheng Yu, Director of the Shuangliu District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology; and Xie Shuang, Director of the Shuangliu District Bureau of Science and Technology and Director of the Chengdu Xingu Development Service Bureau.

Accompanying Cheng Yifeng, Vice President of CHG, on the visit to Shuangliu District were the following senior executives of the group: Wang Hua, General Manager of the CHG Operation Management Center; He Jianbo, General Manager of the CHG Mechatronics & Intelligent Technology Division and General Manager of Hope Senlan Science and Technology Holding Corp., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hope Slanvert"); Lv Ruoling, Deputy General Manager of the CHG Public Affairs Center; Zhang Min, Director of the CHG President's Office; Liu Zhenhua, Director of the CHG Brand Management Department; and Xu Guohua, General Manager of Chengdu Hope Senlan Electric Co., Ltd.

During the discussion, Zhong Jingyuan, Secretary of the CPC Shuangliu District Committee, stated: "In strict accordance with the decisions and arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and Municipal Party Committee, Shuangliu District takes advanced manufacturing as the core driver, focuses on building the '1335' modern industrial system, and attaches special importance to nurturing specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and novel enterprises. We have selected more than 10 key enterprises with core technologies and promising market prospects, including Hope Slanvert, and implemented a 'one enterprise, one policy' support mechanism to help these enterprises expand their scale and improve efficiency."

He also mentioned that the Policy Measures for Supporting High-Quality Industrial Development and Accelerating the "Park Establishment and Full Operation" Initiative of Shuangliu District, Chengdu, issued in August this year, focuses on four key areas—enhancing enterprise quality, strengthening industrial support, improving park efficiency, and empowering services—and provides institutional guarantees for the stable growth of the industrial economy.

"Currently, Shuangliu District is continuing to make efforts in addressing enterprise difficulties, ensuring factor supplies, and connecting supply and demand. We aim to foster the growth of more 'rising star' enterprises like Hope Slanvert and facilitate the implementation of 'pillar project' initiatives, thereby continuously enhancing the resilience and vitality of industrial economic development," he said. He expressed sincere gratitude to the local enterprises of Continental Hope Group for their contributions to Shuangliu, including not only Hope Slanvert in the industrial sector but also Chengdu Homeland Hotel in the livelihood industry. "Going forward, Shuangliu will continue to provide high-quality and efficient government services to support enterprise development, further optimize the business environment, and promote the continuous upgrading of the development level of various industries."

Cheng Yifeng, Vice President of CHG, said: "Shuangliu District has been closely focused on the goal of building a modern industrial system, continuously advancing the upgrading and transformation of traditional industries, and supporting enterprises in expanding their scale, strengthening their competitiveness, and upgrading their technologies—with remarkable results. He noted that Shuangliu serves as a gateway for the Group's core Mechatronics & Intelligent Technology sector to enter the global market. The multiple measures successively launched by Shuangliu District, which provide tangible financial support to encourage high-quality enterprise development, have boosted confidence in the steady growth of enterprises. This has laid a solid foundation for enterprises to operate with peace of mind and invest with confidence.

Subsequently, He Jianbo, General Manager of the CHG Mechatronics & Intelligent Technology Division and General Manager of Hope Slanvert, gave a detailed report on Hope Slanvert's sound business performance and expressed gratitude to Shuangliu District for its strong support in the construction of the company's digital intelligent factory. He said: "The Group's independently developed digital factory operation and management platform now has the capability to cover core scenarios such as order delivery, production control, and quality traceability. Currently, this platform is empowering our upstream partner, Sichuan Special Transformer Factory (SCTB), to build an intelligent transformer factory." He expressed his expectation that this platform, as an innovative achievement of Shuangliu, will accelerate its global promotion, promote in-depth system connection and data sharing with upstream and downstream partners, and enhance the response speed and risk resistance capability of enterprises in the industrial chain.
