Dr. Chen Bin, President of Continental Hope Group, Invited to Attend Overseas Chinese Investment Congress (Hainan)
On the morning of November 6, the 2025 Overseas Chinese Investment Congress (Hainan) kicked off in Haikou. As Hainan Free Trade Port enters a crucial countdown to full-island customs closure, the congress centered on the theme of "Building a Cooperation Platform with Overseas Chinese as Bridges and Injecting Overseas Chinese Momentum into the High-Quality Development of Hainan Free Trade Port". Dr. Chen Bin, Executive Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs (CFOCE), Co-founder and President of Continental Hope Group, was invited to participate in the event.

The congress boasted numerous highlights with multiple achievements materialized simultaneously. On-site, the Top 10 Cases of "Overseas Chinese Power" for High-Quality Development 2025 were released, all launched by high-tech talent teams from overseas Chinese merchants and enterprises, covering areas such as technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and green development. During the conference, 38 cooperation projects were signed with a total investment of 36.231 billion yuan, involving key sectors including modern agriculture, headquarters bases, cruise home ports, biotechnology, and health and cultural tourism.

The next China Overseas Chinese Investment Congress will be held in Guangxi next year.
In the speech session for overseas Chinese merchant representatives, participating guests shared their industry insights and cooperation expectations. Responsible persons from relevant departments delivered a presentation on policies related to Hainan Free Trade Port, elaborating on core policies such as the "zero tariff, low tax rate, and simplified tax system" as well as industrial opportunities to provide guidance for overseas Chinese merchants' investments.
Dr. Chen Bin, Executive Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs (CFOCE) and President of Continental Hope Group, noted that after Hainan's full-island customs closure, significant opportunities will arise in the green circular economy, cross-border cultural and tourism cooperation, and technological innovation cooperation.
