On November 12th, Luo Dongchuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee and Governor of Qinghai Province, met with Chen Bin, President of Continental Hope Group, and his entourage in Xining.

On behalf of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, Luo Dongchuan extended a warm welcome to Chen Bin and his party. He stated that Qinghai is currently thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and is resolutely advancing in the direction guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping. The development of the ecological civilization highland has been steadily consolidated and upgraded, the construction of the "Four Major Industrial Bases" has maintained stability while improving quality, and the new quality productive forces led by green computing power have achieved steady progress. Looking ahead to the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, he expressed hope that both parties will leverage their respective advantages to foster new growth drivers for cooperation in areas such as salt lake chemical industry, clean energy, and eco-tourism, injecting fresh vitality and momentum into accelerating the building of a more competitive modern industrial system.

Chen Bin briefed the participants on the enterprise's development status and its industrial layout in Qinghai. He noted that Qinghai is endowed with unique resources and energy advantages, and its new strengths in high-quality development are constantly emerging. The enterprise is willing to further expand investment in Qinghai, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and achieve mutual development.
