Digitalization Empowers Production

On the first working day following the Spring Festival holiday, the company secured a large volume of new orders, significantly lifting team morale. To date, production schedules are fully booked through the second half of the year, with order volume rising sharply year on year.

This milestone is built on sustained investment in intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation. “In recent years, we have invested heavily in digital capabilities. Our self-developed operation management center optimizes production workflows in real time based on order demand, greatly boosting efficiency,” said Tang Dan, Workshop Director. Since 2023, the company has invested more than 10 million yuan in automating production lines. It now operates 15 modern lines with an annual capacity of 6 million kW for medium- and high-voltage inverters and supporting power electronics products. The high-voltage production line adopts domestically leading roller line mode, effectively lifting output and securing reliable order fulfillment.

Sales Targets Exceeded Ahead of Schedule,

Domestic and Overseas Orders Surge

The bustling production frontlines reflects robust momentum for high-quality development. 2026 marks the start of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period, driving rapid growth in industrial automation and inverter demand. Hope Slanvert has achieved strong growth across both domestic and overseas markets.

"Some regional sales subsidiaries have already hit half-year sales targets with contracts signed in March alone," noted Luo Shen, Product Manager. By promoting the localization of overseas employees and expanding presence on global social platforms, the company’s overseas sales revenue has grown at an average annual rate of 40%–50% over the past three years. Brand influence continues to rise, with an increasing number of “Made in Shuangliu” inverters reaching global markets.

Targeting Niche Markets

Continuous Enhancement of R&D Strength

As one of China’s earliest inverter R&D enterprises, Hope Slanvert has long focused on domestic substitution to break foreign technological monopolies. Its independently developed inverters cover a full product portfolio and have supported key national scientific research projects including deep-sea exploration and polar research expeditions.

Currently, the enterprise is focusing on two major development directions: on the one hand, expanding the brand influence of low-voltage products, deeply cultivating niche markets and lifting market share; on the other hand, breaking through in high-voltage and medium-high power products, launching the industry’s largest water-cooled high-voltage inverter project, and continuously consolidating its leading position in the industry.

"With the continuous expansion of its industrial automation product lines, R&D personnel now account for more than one-third of the total employees," Luo Shen told the reporter. Since its founding in 1995, the enterprise has always adhered to the original aspiration of "building a business through science and technology", continuously strengthened talent acquisition, and deepened cooperation with universities in Sichuan Province such as Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Southwest Jiaotong University to recruit highly educated talents in industrial automation. This year, it plans to hire more than 100 new employees to further strengthen its R&D talent reserve.

"Our full-year 2026 sales growth is projected to exceed 30%," Luo Shen said with confidence. Moving forward, Hope Slanvert will stay committed to its original aspiration, deepen its focus on industrial automation, and continue driving technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
