On September 30, the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economic and Information Technology officially announced the list of recognized 2026 Chengdu Municipal Enterprise Technology Centers. Chengdu Hope Electronics Research Institute Co., Ltd. was successfully recognized as a "Chengdu Municipal Enterprise Technology Center." This constitutes authoritative recognition by the municipal competent department of the company's technological innovation system development and comprehensive R&D strength.

The Enterprise Technology Center is an important vehicle for evaluating enterprises' scientific and technological innovation capabilities in Chengdu. The recognition process involves multiple rounds of rigorous screening, including voluntary enterprise application, preliminary review and recommendation by district, county-level city, and county authorities, expert evaluation, and on-site verification. It serves as a key municipal-level scientific and technological innovation platform for enterprises to carry out core technology research, transform scientific and technological achievements, and attract innovative talent.
Chengdu Hope Electronics Research Institute Co., Ltd. is the technology research and new product development center of Hope Senlan Science and Technology Holding Corp., Ltd. It is dedicated to the research, development, and application of variable-frequency drive technology, industrial control application technology, power electronics high-tech, and energy and environmental technology. It has achieved multiple major innovations and breakthroughs in quasi-superconducting control technology, harmonic suppression technology, EMC technology, torque vector control technology, and thermal design technology for power electronic equipment.

Among the institute's current R&D personnel, those with doctoral, master's, bachelor's degrees or above account for more than 90%, demonstrating strong capabilities in new technology and new product R&D. To date, it has accumulated more than one hundred patents and proprietary technological achievements.
