From April 2 to April 4, China Famous Hotels Corporation 30th Anniversary Celebration and Hotel Human Resources Forum was held in Chengdu. 120 persons-in-charge from China Famous Hotels Corporation members, leaders of strategic partners and special guests attended. Dr. Chen Bin, President of Continental Hope Group, was invited to attend and was appointed as the Honorary Chairman of China Famous Hotels Corporation. CHG's Hope Deepblue Air Conditioning Manufacturing Corp., Ltd. was elected as an organizing partner.

Mr. Xi Yanping, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Famous Hotels Corporation delivered an opening speech and expressed his sincere welcome and gratitude to all the guests present. The participants watched a video of the 30th anniversary of China Famous Hotels Corporation, listened to speeches such as "The Different Values of High-star Hotels and Business Hotels" and "The Human Capital Transformation and Development of the Hotel Industry in 2023 through the Talent Economy in the Digital Intelligence Era", conducted a special forum on "Hotel Human Resources Difficulties and Solutions" and listened to a report on the work of the organisation.

Dr. Chen Bin, President of Continental Hope Group, was appointed as the Honorary Chairman of the Council and will advise the organisation in its future work, integrate resources and discuss cooperation.

At the 31st council meeting of the organisation, Honorary Chairman Dr Chen Bin discussed with the council members in depth the future development of the Famous Hotels Organisation and the transformation of human capital in hotels from the experience of operating and managing a number of five-star hotels under the Continental Hope Group.
