Recently, Hope Deepblue Air-Conditioning Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Hefei General Machinery & Electrical Products Inspection Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GMPI") formally signed an "Industry-University-Research Cooperation Agreement". Hefei General Machinery & Electrical Products Inspection Institute Co., Ltd. (GMPI), affiliated to Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), first established its laboratory in 1956. It is a third-party comprehensive quality and technical service institution integrating businesses such as inspection and testing, certification and assessment (inspection), metrological calibration, standardization services, and technical support.

GMPI is reputed as the "Supreme Court" in the refrigeration testing sector. As the industry’s only national-level quality inspection center, its authority is underpinned by multiple identities:

　　Presides over/participates in 87% of national standards for refrigeration equipment;

　　02 Technical Arbitrator:

Undertakes 60% of sampling inspection tasks for refrigeration products assigned by the State Administration for Market Regulation, with its reports having legal effect;
