Relevant human resources directors from various industrial units of the Group also attended the reception.

This meeting focused on multiple dimensions of university-enterprise cooperation, aiming to enhance employees' skills through learning, systematically optimize the enterprise's talent recruitment, employment, and development processes, and leverage university resources to propel the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Dr. Cheng Yifeng, Vice President of Continental Hope Group, spoke highly of the cooperation between the Group and UESTC. He pointed out that the two parties have not only carried out a series of cooperative projects in education, scientific research, etc., but more importantly, Mr. Liu Yongyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Scientist of Hope Group, as well as Chairman of Continental Hope Group, is an outstanding alumnus and adjunct professor of UESTC. The "Mr. Liu Yongyan Studio" co-founded by UESTC and the Group is not only a key initiative to serve the country's major strategic needs and promote technological innovation, but also an important platform to deepen university-enterprise cooperation and achieve mutual benefits. He emphasized that adhering to a talent-driven strategy, the Group has attracted a galaxy of talents by embracing the philosophy of "recruiting talents without sticking to rigid standards", integrating university resources, and building the Hope brand. Through the systematic construction of a talent development ecosystem featuring "learning + growth + transformation", the Group has achieved remarkable results. Notably, the Group's Association for Science and Technology (AST) was established as a result, making extraordinary contributions to empowering industrial development with science and technology.

Wang Xun, Party Secretary of the School of Continuing Education at UESTC, stated that relying on the university’s advantages in disciplinary strength and teaching resources, the school has proactively adapted to the social demand for talents driven by economic development. It has cultivated a large number of application-oriented and practical talents for the country and society, winning widespread praise from employers and all sectors of society. He commented that as a representative of private technology enterprises, Continental Hope Group has continuously deepened industry-university-research cooperation through practical actions centered on "talent cultivation + scientific research + achievement transformation", especially in the field of university-enterprise collaboration. This effort has significantly enhanced the Group's technological innovation capacity and contributed Hope's strength to advancing the high-quality development of the social economy. Looking ahead, the school can provide customized training for employees at different levels of the Group, including professional development programs for senior managers and technical training for general employees. In addition, it can leverage internship and practical training opportunities, alumni resources, and other channels to promote university-enterprise cooperation, jointly address challenges in talent cultivation and technological innovation, and cultivate more high-level technical and application-oriented professionals who meet the needs of frontline production, management, and service.

Wu Weidong, General Manager of the Group's Human Resources and Administration Center, expressed that in the future, the Group will enhance employees' capabilities through education and training, and partially replace headhunting services with talent recommendations from university channels to improve the efficiency of the talent development system. The Group will also strengthen new models of cooperation with universities, rationally utilize resources, promote employees' growth and welfare, and form a virtuous circle.

The visit by the School of Continuing Education at UESTC marks another milestone in the cooperation between the Group and UESTC. Dr. Cheng Yifeng, Vice President of the Group, stated that going forward, the Group will continue to jointly explore and innovate scientific research mechanisms with UESTC, deepen the integration of industry, university, and research, and jointly empower the transformation of scientific research achievements into new quality productive forces.
