Double Celebrations! Hope Slanvert's Two Bases Awarded China Manufacturing Maturity Model (CMMM) Level 3 Certification
Recently, both the Medium-Low Voltage Inverter Production Base and the Medium-High Voltage Inverter R&D & Production Base of Hope Senlan Science and Technology Holding Corp., Ltd. (Hope Slanvert) have successfully obtained the China Manufacturing Maturity Model (CMMM) Level 3 Certification. As a national standard certification, this milestone signifies that Hope Slanvert has attained a leading domestic standing in intelligent manufacturing, offering a replicable success model for the industry's intelligent transformation.


The China Manufacturing Maturity Model (CMMM) is a national standard formulated under the organization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the People's Republic of China, serving as an authoritative evaluation framework for the intelligentization level of China's manufacturing industry. The CMMM Level 3 (Integration Level) certification mandates that enterprises achieve data sharing and collaborative integration across four core capabilities—personnel, technology, management, and resources—and twenty capability sub-domains. This represents an advanced stage of intelligent manufacturing, as it not only breaks down "data silos" but also realizes end-to-end interconnection and seamless collaboration throughout the entire value chain.

Against the backdrop of intelligent manufacturing, energy management is no longer merely an auxiliary measure for energy conservation and consumption reduction. Instead, it reflects a factory's comprehensive capabilities across three key dimensions: intelligentization, greenization, and integration, directly impacting operational costs, social image, and sustainable development.

At the Medium-Low Voltage Inverter Production Base, SMT placement machines, industrial robots, AGV trolleys, and intelligent systems operate in deep synergy, enabling highly automated processes from raw material input to finished product output. Through the integration of standardized workflows and intelligent equipment, production efficiency has been significantly enhanced, and product consistency has been strongly guaranteed.

At the Medium-High Voltage Inverter R&D & Production Base, addressing the challenge that complex assembly of high-voltage customized products still relied on manual experience, intelligent automated warehouses and a digital management platform have been deployed. The system precisely schedules materials and provides real-time guidance for assembly operations, facilitating efficient collaboration between R&D and production. Following the transformation, the R&D-production cycle has been shortened by more than half, while the manufacturing precision and efficiency of customized ultra-high-power products have been concurrently improved.

Through the full integration of ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, and other systems, the company has achieved end-to-end digital management spanning from order placement to after-sales service. Since the launch of the "intelligent transformation and digital upgrading" initiative, the overall production capacity has tripled, delivering remarkable results from the intelligent transformation efforts.
