The Collaborative Innovation Base of Gansu Chuanqi Ganwei Dairy Co., Ltd. has flexibly recruited an expert team from Beijing Technology and Business University, further integrating the scientific research resources of universities with the industrial advantages of enterprises. Focusing on the key technical bottlenecks in the intensive processing of dairy products, and taking the research on cheese processing and quality control as a breakthrough point, the base will strive to address practical challenges such as inadequate process adaptability and relatively high production losses.
