Robust Dust and Water Resistance, All-scenario Safety Assurance
IP67 is a top-tier protection indicator in the electrical equipment industry and a core protection standard for power batteries. Combining IP6-level dust resistance and IP7-level water resistance, this certification means Hope New Energy's energy storage products have achieved dual robust protection and reached the safety standard of power batteries.
IP6-level Dust Resistance
Having undergone an 8-hour rigorous sealed dust test, the product saw no dust intrusion inside after exposure to talc powder with a particle size of ≤75μm. It maintained stable and normal operation under power-on conditions, enabling it to reliably cope with dusty harsh environments such as construction sites and ports.
IP7-level Water Resistance
In the IP7 water resistance test, the product was immersed in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes (with the top of the product at least 0.15 meters below the water surface). No water ingress or residual water droplets were found inside the product, and no short-circuit faults occurred after power-on. It can effectively withstand extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain and waterlogging, making it highly suitable for long-term outdoor deployment.
