This project serves a municipal water utility company in a core overseas city. As the sole municipal water supply operator in the region, the company bears the critical responsibility of ensuring reliable water supply for all local residents and businesses. Its core water supply pumping station is an aging municipal facility, characterized by high overall energy consumption, insufficient operational stability, significant long-term losses in equipment and pipeline networks, and relatively high maintenance costs. Meanwhile, local winter temperatures can drop as low as -30°C or even lower, imposing extreme demands on the equipment's wide-temperature adaptability and long-term reliability.


In response to the project's extreme cold conditions and critical water supply reliability requirements, Hope Slanvert customized an integrated solution, offering full turnkey services covering equipment supply, modular installation, electrical construction, and commissioning & operation.
