On June 2, the 2026 Belt and Road Conference for Overseas Chinese Cooperation and Development, co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (ACFROC), the People's Government of Sichuan Province, and the People's Government of Chongqing Municipality, was held in Chengdu. Nearly 500 overseas Chinese community representatives, renowned entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from 120 countries and regions across six continents gathered in Rongcheng (Chengdu) to exchange insights on opening-up and cooperation and map out paths for future growth.

Dr. Chen Bin, Executive Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs (CFOCE) and President of Continental Hope Group, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech themed "The Internationalization Path of China’s Intelligent Manufacturing".
