sc.chinanews.com, June 3 – On June 2, the 2026 Belt and Road Conference for Overseas Chinese Cooperation and Development, co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (ACFROC), the People's Government of Sichuan Province, and the People's Government of Chongqing Municipality, was held in Chengdu. Dr. Chen Bin, Executive Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs (CFOCE) and President of Continental Hope Group, was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech themed "The Internationalization Path of China’s Intelligent Manufacturing".

At the conference, Continental Hope Group was honored with the "Top Ten Cases" of Overseas Chinese Contribution to the 2026 Belt and Road Conference for Overseas Chinese Cooperation and Development, in recognition of its outstanding achievements in scientific and technological innovation, international development, and green and low-carbon transformation.

Innovation fuels corporate growth and constitutes the core competitive advantage for Chinese enterprises pursuing international expansion. During the conference, Dr. Chen Bin shared insights and practical experience on how Chinese enterprises can participate in global market competition, drawing on the Group's over four decades of development. He noted that against the backdrop of the evolving global trade landscape, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and the Large-scale Development of Western China, robust momentum is emerging across multiple sectors including intelligentization, digitalization, new energy, and green transformation, offering Chinese enterprises broader opportunities for development.

China has established a complete ecosystem covering R&D, manufacturing, supporting facilities, and supply chains. Scientific and technological innovation is providing sustained development momentum for global advanced manufacturing and has become the greatest source of confidence for Intelligent Manufacturing in China. The conference provided a high-level platform for exchange and cooperation among overseas Chinese enterprises, offering many such enterprises opportunities to showcase their innovative achievements and expand international collaboration.
