On the afternoon of September 25, the Industry Matchmaking & Concentrated Project Signing Event for the Construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle (Chongqing Municipality) was held in Chengdu. Centering on the theme of "Twin Cities Link · A Promising Chongqing Ahead" and taking industrial synergy as the bond, the event built a platform for resource connection, project cooperation and mutually beneficial win-win outcomes between the two regions. A total of 42 key projects were signed on-site, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan, injecting new impetus into the upgrading of the Chengdu-Chongqing region from "geographical adjacency" to "industrial symbiosis".

Li Jing, Vice Chairman and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and Quan Wei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, were present at the event. Yang Fan, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Chongqing Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, and Li Li, Director of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government Office in Sichuan, attended the event and delivered speeches. These projects cover key industrial fields such as intelligent equipment, intelligent manufacturing, advanced materials, and food and agricultural product processing, which will inject new vitality into industrial synergy and high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.

On-site, a launching ceremony for the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association Industrial Synergy Alliance was also held. This alliance will serve as an important platform to promote resource sharing and industrial synergy among chambers of commerce and industry associations in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, further facilitating exchanges and cooperation between enterprises in the two places and gathering more strength for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle.
