Its advanced digital PACK production line, a leading facility in western China, has been officially put into operation, with an estimated full-capacity output value exceeding 2 billion yuan.

Robotic Operations + Manual Visual Inspection Ensure Premium Production Quality

Inside Hope New Energy’s production base, a full set of processes is carried out in an orderly manner, including automatic intelligent gluing, high-precision torque control, high-reliability airtightness testing, laser welding and intelligent visual inspection. PACK batteries are assembled precisely by intelligent equipment, presenting a modern production scene that fully demonstrates technological strength.

“This is a leading digital PACK production line in western China, with a total length of 90 meters, covering 17 major processes and equipped with more than 50 production machines. Multiple stations adopt robotic operation, supplemented by manual visual inspection to improve product qualification rate,” said Zuo Changjiang, Production Director of Hope New Energy.

He noted that laser welding is one of the most technically demanding steps in the entire line. One battery pack contains 2 modules and 52 cells, each with one positive and one negative welding point. All 104 welding points must achieve zero deviation and zero burn-through, which imposes extremely high requirements on laser power control and positioning accuracy.

“PACK products have extremely strict requirements for dimensional and alignment accuracy. Once the welding deviation exceeds 0.1 mm, misalignment will occur, which will seriously degrade battery performance. To ensure production quality, we have deployed multiple sets of visual inspection systems on the line,” Zuo added.

The line’s capacity is continuously ramping up. Upon full production, its capacity will exceed 6 GWh, with an estimated output value of over 2 billion yuan. This will effectively support the rollout and application of the company’s energy storage products and meet delivery demands across multiple industries and full scenarios.

Strong Focus on Outdoor Industrial & Commercial Cabinets in Q2 with Robust Order Momentum

Currently, the line manufactures multi-specification energy storage battery packs including 1P52S and 1P104S, which are widely used in 261 kWh energy storage systems, PV-storage-charging integrated machines, and 2 MWh / 5 MWh prefabricated energy storage products. Relevant products were delivered to customers successively in the first quarter. Meanwhile, international certification for export products has been launched, marking a new stage of market expansion.

Outdoor Industrial and Commercial Cabinet

The company has newly launched its third‑generation 125 kW/261 kWh outdoor industrial and commercial cabinet. Fully upgraded in space compactness and performance, the new product is equipped with a newly developed battery pack that has passed the IP67 test and the company’s self-developed BMS (Battery Management System). It can accurately monitor the operating parameters of each cell and realize refined whole‑process management.

“The energy efficiency of the third‑generation outdoor industrial and commercial cabinet has exceeded 91%, reaching a first‑class domestic level. The standard configuration supports full‑power discharge for 2 hours, and the power switching speed reaches the millisecond level,” Zuo stated. Since its launch, the product has gained wide market recognition, with cumulative orders surpassing 100 units and more than 10 units already delivered.

It has been well received by customers in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan and other regions. Priced at about 180,000 yuan per unit, the planned monthly delivery output value of this single model alone will exceed 10 million yuan.

Full‑Specification Coverage to Precisely Match Diverse Needs

Backed by a strong R&D team, Hope New Energy has comprehensive customized service capabilities. “Upon receiving customer customization requests, we immediately set up a dedicated project development team to carefully analyze customer technical indicators. We formulate clear development schedules and targets from four dimensions: electrical, structural, system and software. After completing the full design plan and confirming it with the customer, we launch mass production,” Zuo introduced.

Enterprise Customized Products

At present, the company has the capability for customized development and delivery of full‑specification energy storage products. Its portfolio covers 5–20 kWh residential energy storage, 100–1000 kWh industrial and commercial energy storage, and large‑scale energy storage products from 2 MWh to 6 MWh, which can precisely meet the personalized needs of different users.

As the new energy R&D and manufacturing base of the Continental Hope Group, Hope New Energy’s business covers energy storage technical services, battery manufacturing, microgrids, energy digitalization and other fields. It focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, sales, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and investment of advanced lithium‑ion battery technologies (including semi‑solid and solid‑state batteries), hydrogen energy technology, wind and solar power generation technologies and related products, building a full‑chain new energy industrial layout.
