On May 6, Luo Zhenhua, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Aba Prefectural Committee and Governor of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, led a delegation to visit Continental Hope Group. Governor Luo Zhenhua and his entourage successively inspected Hope Slanvert Digital Factory, Hope New Energy Intelligent Manufacturing Factory, and Hope Intelligent Ecological Exhibition Center. They gained a detailed understanding of the enterprise’s scientific research achievements and market applications in intelligent manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy equipment and other fields, and spoke highly of the enterprise’s achievements in driving green intelligent manufacturing with new quality productive forces.

At Hope New Energy, Governor Luo Zhenhua and his entourage inspected in detail the virtual power grid energy management system developed with digital twin technology. Developed independently by Hope New Energy with proprietary intellectual property rights, the system can display the real-time overall operation of energy storage, photovoltaic power generation, charging and storage piles, production lines, central air conditioning, air compressors, testing equipment and other systems. It also enables 3D scene interaction and remote comprehensive diagnosis and adjustment of internal equipment status, significantly improving operation and maintenance efficiency and reducing safety risks. During the visit, Dr. Dong Jinping, General Manager of Hope New Energy, gave a detailed report on the company’s focus on smart microgrids, wind-solar power generation, advanced lithium-ion batteries, hydrogen energy technologies and related products, the building of an integrated service system covering the entire industrial chain, and the provision of customized large-scale comprehensive new energy technology solutions for local power grid upgrading.

At the forum, Governor Luo Zhenhua pointed out that Aba Prefecture is rich in hydropower and solar energy resources and boasts huge potential for clean energy development. In recent years, Aba Prefecture has continued to deepen opening-up and cooperation, attracting a number of central and state-owned enterprises to settle in, forming a new pattern of multi-energy complementation of hydropower, wind, solar and energy storage, as well as coordinated development of source-grid-load-storage. At present, the whole prefecture is focusing on the goals and tasks set in the 15th Five-Year Plan, accelerating the implementation of a number of major projects with overall, fundamental and strategic significance. The two sides enjoy broad space and great potential for cooperation, and Aba Prefecture warmly welcomes investment to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. He expressed hope that the two sides will further identify entry points and areas for cooperation, deepen connection in new energy development and construction, digital power grid construction and other fields, and accelerate the transformation of resource advantages into industrial and development advantages. He stressed that relevant departments at all levels should take the initiative to strengthen communication and coordination, continuously optimize the business environment, strengthen the guarantee of production factors and help enterprises overcome difficulties, act as dedicated "service providers" for enterprises, and go all out to promote the early implementation and achievement of cooperation intentions.

Cheng Wenzhao, General Manager of the Group’s Energy and Chemicals Sector, gave a comprehensive introduction to the development of Hope’s energy and chemicals industry and a special report on the planning of relevant investment projects in Aba Prefecture. Dr. Chen Bin, President of the Group, stated that the Group’s energy and chemicals sector, which grew up in Aba Prefecture and has become a leading business segment nationwide and globally, has always cherished deep affection for the land and kept a close eye on its development opportunities. Since settling in Maoxian County, Aba Prefecture, the sector has been guided by technology and grounded in green development, actively committed to the real economy. It has been committed to building a green circular economy industrial chain, deeply exploring the new model of "industry-finance integration", and accumulated rich experience in clean energy, characteristic cultural tourism and other fields.
